  • Dino Maintenance Program is a Nonrefundable service once used and paid for.
  • The Dino Maintenance Program price may change per month if you need additional updates and maintenance.
  • We have the right to cancel your service at any time if you do not follow our service policies.
  • If at anytime during use of our Dino Maintenance Program your site goes down or has bugs, we will investigate it based on our schedule and time. We try our best to respond within 1-2 business days.
  • This program price does not include domain name and hosting fees.
  • We do NOT offer 24/7 support for your website or any services we offer.

Kick Start Program Info.

  • Kick Start Program is a Nonrefundable service once used and paid for.
  • The Kick Start Program is made to help you learn the behind-the-scenes action of your website. It is usually split up into 2-3 sessions that cover different aspects of your website’s functionality and use.
  • The Kick Start Program training will teach you the basic information of your website and may not cover every aspect of changing and updating your site. You will be direct to other outside recourses if you need help with your website.
  • After completion of the Kick Start Program, you will be responsible for any changes or updates to your website as well as any bugs and issues that occur. But you can always ask for a little help along the way.
  • We have the right to cancel your service at any time if you do not follow our service policies.
  • This program price does not include domain name and hosting fees.
  • We will train you and give you access to Training & Access to Hosting and Domian Accounts. Once you are trained you are responsible to paying for these services and keeping your website running.

SEO Campaign Info.

  • The SEO Campaign comes with a 30-day money back guarantee refund. After this period, we no longer accept refunds. If you choose to cancel your SEO Campaign and used a Prepaid Discount, we will refund the remaining months SEO budget but the not the prior month/months payments. (For ex., you choose our 12-month discount and cancel the service 6 months in, we will refund the remaining 6 months of SEO but not the prior 6 months payments)
  • The SEO Campaign is priced based on hours of work, which means 10 hours of SEO work on your website every month.
  • The SEO Campaign Service is only offered to websites built by Website Dino. We do not offer these services to websites outside of our company and can only be accessed by purchasing on of our web design packages.
  • During the initial stages of the campaign, we will set up your local SEO and have you get as much organic traffic to your site as possible by asking friends and family to visit your site. We will work on your on and off page SEO as well as find other people to link to your website.
  • You may not see results right away and lots of new visitors, SEO takes time and patience to work.
  • We will update you on our progress along the way and audit your site.
  • We have the right to cancel your service at any time if you do not follow our service policies.

Logo Design Services Info.

  • Custom Logo Design is a Nonrefundable service once used and paid for.
  • The pricing for this service may be subject to change at any time during the service period.
  • We allow up to 3 revisions of your designs before you receive your product. After the last revision we do not offer further alterations.
  • Once your logo and icons are created payment must be provided before the delivery of the product. Once played, we will send the designs in an email or message with requested file type.
  • We do not have legal ownership over your logo or icons for your brand.

  • If you fail to follow or adhere to our service conditions, we will legally enforce our polices and restrict you from our service which could result in losing your website or legal lawsuits.
  • Our Privacy Policy protects your personal information and identity.
  • Request for payments and funds must be delivered to us within 30 days of billing or cancellation of your services with result.
